Kate Upton (St. Joseph, Michigan, June 10, 1992) is an American model and actress known for her appearance in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2011. During the launch in Las Vegas, Kate was named ‘Rookie of the Year’.
She was also the face from 2010 to 2011 of Guess? and she has modeled for Beach Bunny and Victoria’s Secret.
Early Life of Kate Upton:
Kate Upton was born in St. Joseph, Michigan, and raised in Melbourne, Florida. She has three brothers and sisters. Also, her uncle is Fred Upton, a congressman from Michigan’s 6th Congressional District.
As an Amazon, Kate Upton participated in the “American Paint Horse Association”, competing at the national level. With her horse Roanie Pony, she won numerous APHA championships in various age categories, for a total of five.

Additionally, Ella Upton finished third in the overall APHA Junior Top 20 ranking. With a second horse, Zipped, she continued to get more hits, finishing in the Top 5 of 2009’s “14–18 Horsemanship and 14–18 Western Pleasure”.
